The concept of About You Fashion Week 2021, The End of f*****g Fashion, challenges mainstream fashion and promotes circular fashion as a new standard. Inspired by the endless cycle of life, it reimagines fashion as a continuous loop rather than a linear system. Presented as a narrative journey in four chapters – Birth, Life of Now, Revolution, and Re-Birth – it explores the transformation of garments and mindsets, addressing consumption, renewal, and responsibility. The project calls for change across the brand, industry, and consumers, encouraging conscious consumption and long-term thinking. The showcase highlighted durable, high-quality pieces and integrated second-hand fashion, including items from the Vintage Wardrobe rental service. Past collections were re-styled into new looks, emphasizing versatility, longevity, and the potential for fashion to evolve without constant replacement.
